Mission: 
The Priest offers the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the Deacon assists the Priest in the sacred celebration, and the members of the Laity have an opportunity to serve as Ushers, Lectors, and Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist as support to the clergy.

Vision: 
The Laity supports St. Mildred Clergy in the Sacred Liturgy and helps meet the Parish congregation's needs.

Goals: 

• Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist—Ordinary priests and Deacons are Ordinary Ministers of the Eucharist; the Laity are Extraordinary Ministers who must be fully initiated into the Catholic Church before serving communion to the Parish community.

Values: 
When one feels called to serve St. Mildred in one or more ministries, the Parish community appreciates your commitment and dedication.
