Mission: 
The Priest offers the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the Deacon assists the Priest in the sacred celebration, and the members of the Laity have an opportunity to serve as Ushers, Lectors, and Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist as support to the clergy.

Vision: 
The Laity who supports St. Mildred Clergy in the Sacred Liturgy helps to meet the needs of the Parish congregation.

Goals: 

• Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist – The ordained Priests and Deacons are Ordinary Ministers of the Eucharist; the Laity are Extraordinary Ministers and must be fully initiated into the Catholic Church before they can serve communion to the Parish community.

Values: 
We believe that when one feels called to serve St. Mildred in one or more of these ministries, your commitment and dedication are appreciated by the Parish community.
