On Saturday, October 21, 2023, I will be attending the Diocesan Eucharist Congress with those parishioners that wish to attend.  Due to the time and distance to attend, their will be no Confessions or a Vigil Mass on Saturday, October 21, 2023.  However, St. Mildred will offer a Communion Service instead.  St. Mildred will have a Sunday Mass as usual.  I urge all to attend this once in a lifetime event of the Diocese of Raleigh to witness and share in our humble beginning 100 years ago, to that of a wonderful vibrant and growing diocese at our Mother Church the Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral. 

There is a Youth Track for the youth to attend and should keep them interested in their journey to Holiness with like kind disciples. 

For those that do not wish to attend they may reach out to other parishes within close proximity to see if there will be a Vigil Mass and/or for confession.
